PROFILE

Ashley is a graphic designer based in St. Louis, MO, with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Webster University. Between her studies she has traveled abroad to Southeast Asia and Europe to broaden her knowledge of art, design, and to volunteer in programs that focus on child care and civil rights.

She began her career at Scorch, crafting digital content and campaigns for established corporations such as LinkedIn and Microsoft. In 2016, she focused on freelance projects throughout the St. Louis and Chicago area while she continued her volunteer work abroad. During this time, she worked with organizations to create corporate event design for tech companies such as Dell and Laird. Ashley's love of problem-solving and storytelling is coupled with a keen attention to detail, making a career in graphic design a natural decision.

Sofar shows begin as a secret: guests sign on for three unnamed performances at undisclosed locations, hosted by community members in everyday spaces — from living rooms and rooftops to retail stores. Through the transformation of these spaces into captivating venues, Sofar serves as a platform for artists to connect with engaged audiences in cities around the world. Sofar invites guests to discover new artists, spaces, people, neighborhoods, and cities, whether at home or abroad, creating an inclusive and accessible global community where people make genuine connections.
